SPARTA, Mich. — Sparta Police are searching for the suspect in a Friday morning robbery at Hometown Pharmacy, 11 S. State St.
The break-in happened at about 2:22 a.m., according to an alert posted on the police department’s Facebook page.
“A significant quantity of prescription materials were stolen,” the post from Sparta Police says.
Police released two surveillance videos of the break-in.
Police say the suspect shattered a glass door with the trash can and then used it to “haul the stolen items away.”
