KENT COUNTY, Mich. — Four people from Florida are facing charges in West Michigan after police say they found nearly 100 cloned credit cards in a motel room.

Edel Montero-Perez, Mercedes Cruz-Diaz, Shantiell Portuondo and Jessica Garcia-Hernandez are facing charges that include conducting a criminal enterprise, identity theft and illegal possession of a financial transaction device.

Grand Rapids Police say the four were arrested May 3 after an employee at a business reported them for fraudulent credit card use.   Police say there are at least 20 victims in the case in Michigan and Illinois.

All four suspects are being held on a $1,000,000 bond.
