GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.-When the average person thinks of progress in the gym, they often think about more reps, more sets or maybe more weight added to their workout.  But Friday on Fox 17 Midday, Brian Reimersma from Snap Fitness explained many times the best way to progress in the gym is to mix things up and go outside of your regular routine.
