LANSING, Mich. — A Greenville woman had a better Monday than most when she realized she had won the $1,000-A-Week For Life instant scratch-off game.

Brayton, 23 visited the Michigan Lottery Headquarters in Lansing Monday and chose to receive her winnings as a one-time lump sum of more than $1.1 million, rather than choosing annuity.
