GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.--Tech is proving to be usable in all kinds of ways, but some new gadgets aim to help you without your having to think about it.

Casey Cochran of Genius Phone Repair told us about two wearable items that can help with fitness and health.

The Spire Activity Tracker doesn't monitor steps--instead, it senses your breathing and tells you whether you're calm, tense, focused, or active.

And Reliefband is wearable technology that claims to treat nausea associated with morning or motion sickness.
