  1. After closing down for some big renovations, the Gerald R. Ford Museum is getting ready to open back up again.

The newly renovated museum has new lighting, display cases, interactive video and touch screens for a more hands-on experience.

While the oval office and cabinet room are staying the same, visitors can now go behind the office and look in from the window.

The Ford Museum is reopening on June 7.

2. While many neighborhood pools open this weekend, you'll have to wait until June 10 for the city of Grand Rapids to open up the public pools and splash pads.

The pools are located at Briggs Park, Martin Luther King Jr. Park, and Richmond park. There are also numerous splash pads scattered around the city.

Adult residents will be charged $2 for open swim and the fee for kids between the age of one and 17 is $1.

Go to the city’s websitefor complete details.

3. If you don't want to wait for the pools to open, you can head to Portage's Ramona Park just in time for the holiday weekend.

The park is considered a summer destination with its lifeguard swim area at Long Lake, picnic areas, fishing dock, changing rooms and more.

Also this year the city has added rentals of a canoe, kayak and paddle board.

4. If you have an outstanding warrant, you could get a deal to pay a lower price today.

The Kalamazoo County Courthouse is planning to have an Amnesty Day Thursday from 8am to 12pm.

They're focusing mostly on warrants for things like parking tickets.

They'll  help you set up payment plans and even offer community service to people who may not have the money.

5. Something so rare happened on wheel of fortune Wednesday night and it hasn't happened in more than 10 years.

The game actually ended in a tie!

Two of the three contestants ended up with the exact amount of winnings at $24,000.

That hasn't happened since March of 2006.

So what happens when there's a tie? Host Pat Sajak announced a toss-up tiebreaker with the winner getting an extra $1000 and going to the bonus round.
