EAST GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. -- East Grand Rapids boys and girls lacrosse team both advanced to the state semifinals with regional final wins on Friday. The boys team beat Forest Hills Eastern, 9-3, to move on to face Okemos in the state semifinals. The Lady Pioneers beat Grand Rapids Catholic Central, 11-9, in over-time to advance to the semifinals, also, against Okemos.
