OSHTEMO TOWNSHIP, Mich. — Southbound US-131 at Stadium Drive has reopened following a crash involving two vehicles and a semi-truck.

The crash happened around 3:50 p.m. on Saturday afternoon, according to Kalamazoo County Undersheriff Paul Matyas.

Three people were hospitalized. Matyas said one person was listed in critical condition, while two others were listed as serious. The driver of the semi-truck was not hurt.

Matyas said the semi-truck driver was  reportedly distracted by a flashing light on the dashboard of the truck before hitting a vehicle that had slowed down for construction in the area. That driver then hit another vehicle.

The highway reopened around 7:30 p.m.
