MUSKEGON, Mich. — Three more charges have been filed against a Muskegon man already suspected of murder and kidnapping.

Jeffrey Willis was arraigned Thursday morning on three counts of 'surveiling an unclothed person without consent'.  The incidents happened in March of 2011, investigators say.

The charges stem from files found on Willis' computer after his arrest on kidnapping charges in May. Willis is also charged in the 2014 murder of Rebekah Bletsch.  He was charged in that murder after a gun was found in his van that investigators said matched the ballistics to the weapon that killed Bletsch.

Willis was arrested for attempting to kidnap a 16-year-old girl in April.  He is also named as a person-of-interest in the disappearance of Jessica Heeringa in 2013.

Investigators say they have found several files and images of necrophilia—sex with dead bodies—and so-called "kidnap and kill" videos, which investigators say show men kidnapping, raping and then killing a woman.
