Search leads to crystal meth, drug paraphernalia, 2 arrests

KALAMAZOO, Mich. — Police arrested two people on various drug charges after conducting a traffic stop.

It happened Sunday morning in the 600 block of Lake Street. Officers say they stopped a car and executed a search warrant.

That search led to the arrest of a 54-year-old Dowagiac man for possession of crystal meth. They also arrested a 29-year-old woman from Kalamazoo for possession with intent to deliver crystal meth.

Officers also found a large amount of crystal meth, packaging material, money, scales and marijuana in the car.
