Get off the apps, and into nature at the Outdoor Discovery Center!

The Outdoor Discovery Center is a 150 acre nature preserve where people of all ages can join programs and enjoy nature all year round. The nature preserve is open from dawn until dusk and is free.

At the nature preserve, kids and adults of all ages can do fun activities like kayaking, hiking, archery, and even meet elk and birds of prey. They also have a Visitor Center that has live animal exhibits, as well as a taxidermy exhibit with animals from all across the country.

In addition to free outdoor activities, the Outdoor Discovery Center has dozens of community programs for people of all ages. Their newest program is "Women in Nature," where women of all ages participate in 12 programs throughout the summer and experience nature together.
