Dowagiac Police say they conducted a traffic stop at Edwards Street and Division Street. Officers soon discovered Cheyenne Kiggins did not have a valid driver’s license. Officers reportedly found two loaded handguns, knives, brass knuckles and  30 packages of  suspected methamphetamine. Police noted a small amount of heroin and other meth-related items were also found, according to a press release from Dowagiac Police.

Kiggins was arraigned on Thursday in Fourth District Court in Cass County. Bond was set at $20,000. Police say additional charges are possible.

The investigation is still on going.
