NORTON SHORES, Mich. – Heavy downpours are causing travel issues in Muskegon County.
Norton Shores Police says that water flooded over the road on both US-31 and I-96 in both directions and there were reports of several crashes. The roadway has reopened, but they are watching the situation and possible rain through the day.
