S.H.O.E.S. is giving away free shoes to elementary school kids in the community

The organization Shoes Help Our Elementary Students is turning 20 this year, and they need your help by collecting shoes for kids.

From August 20 until September 2, In the Image will be collecting and giving away shoes to kids in Kindergarten to the 5th grade.

To qualify for a free pair of shoes, a parent or guardian must be present with the student. Your child must be a student at the following school districts:

Click on your child's school district for times and locations for when you can pick up a free pair of shoes.

If you want to donate a pair of shoes, you can drop them off at 1823 S. Division Avenue in Grand Rapids.
