BATTLE CREEK, Mich. -- A Battle Creek apartment complex suffered serious damage during recent flooding.

Some of the grounds at Arbor Apartments were completely flooded out. One resident told FOX 17 water seeped through the vents and windows.

It wasn't supposed to be moving day, but some residents are leaving Arbor Apartments after the Tuesday morning flooding.

"At this point and time, his entire apartment is flooded," said Patrick Barnett, who was helping a friend move out. "Probably has at least a couple of inches if not three inches of water throughout the entire apartment."
