GRAND RAPIDS, Mich – One of West Michigan’s Most Wanted is back behind bars after viewer tips helped lead to his arrest, federal authorities say.

Marquel Berry, 33, was arrested in the 300 block of Donald Place SE on Tuesday.  Details of the arrest itself weren’t immediately disclosed, however investigators say a tip to Silent Observer and a tip from a FOX17 viewer were instrumental in his capture.

Berry is currently being held at the Kent County Jail on several warrants, including assault involving strangulation, larceny, cutting telephone lines and domestic violence.

Berry was first featured on West Michigan’s Most Wanted in June.  His criminal history includes prior convictions involving firearms, assault, robbery, narcotics and burglary.
