Binder Park Zoo announces fall events before offically closing for the season

BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — Summer may be coming to an end, but Binder Park Zoo has a few more events scheduled before they officially close for the season.

The zoo will close October 9th, but  will reopen October 19-30 for the ZooBoo. Organizers will host for a variety of activities and offer special deals to gain access to the zoo.  Animal presentations, black light mini-golf and a trick-or-treat trail will also be available to families, according to their website.

On Monday, zoo officials announced Bonteboktoberfest will be held October 15th. Adults over the age of 21 will be able to take part in their annual beer tasting event. It runs from 6:00 p.m.-10 p.m. For more information click here.
