BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — The victim of an assault is recovering Monday morning, after he told police someone pistol-whipped him during the attack.
It happened at a party on Greentree Blvd. in Battle Creek at around 1:30 a.m. Police were called to the hospital to take a report from a male victim claiming he had been assaulted.
The victim told police that several subjects started assaulting him, and during the assault, an unknown man pulled a gun and hit him in the back of the head with it.
No suspects are in custody at this time.
