If you've gone out to eat lately, chances are that the food you ate or the service received may have been from a graduate of the Culinary Institute of Michigan.

CIM provides students with lots of hands on experience and allow them to use the same equipment that's used in a professional kitchen.

To improve a student's experience and skill, class sizes are relatively small. With a small student to teacher ratio in every lab and class, students can get the attention they need to improve.

There are a variety of classes for students to choose from. There's a two-year and a four-year program for food and beverage management, in addition to wine and viticulture classes.
