As part of Mercy Health's "West Michigan Moves" commitment, we have brought back the "I Will Get Fit" challenge. Joining Leigh Ann on the couch, was contestant number two, Derek Sterling, along with his trainer Brian Johnson from the North Muskegon Fit Body Boot Camp.

Weight is something Derek said he has always struggled with. Over the years, as a chef, he would go all day without eating and admits to eating poorly at night when he finally did sit down. In the past three years, he has married and welcomed two children. Derek said, they are the reason why he wants to do this.

There will be four contestants in all competing over 12 weeks at four local Fit Body Boot Camps. Best of luck to all!
