The rain should taper off tomorrow morning as that low pulls away from the area and into the Northeast U.S. It will still be chilly, however, with north to northwest breezes and mostly cloudy skies. An area of high pressure sliding in on Friday will bring plenty of sunshine to the area, along with warmer temperatures. In fact, the weekend and Halloween look very nice overall with only a chance of a morning shower on Sunday.
