1. If you want to check out the fall colors, you won't have to drive far.

For the first time in 30 years, the Kent County Road Commission is bringing back its Fall Color Tour Maps.

The tour started in the 50's and fizzled out in the 80's, but the state asked the commission to bring it back.

Kent County has the second largest county road network in the state, behind Oakland County in Metro Detroit, and this year's tour covers 237 miles divided between eight different routes.

You can download the maps from the road commission's website.

2. The fall leaves are flying, soon followed by snowflakes, but it's always a great time to talk about Tulip Time!

The festival  has announced its lineup for the popular May festival in Holland.

The big draw this year is country superstar Vince Gill.

He's won 18 country music awards in his career, including song of the year four times. He's performing on May 12th, tickets go on sale on November 10, with prices ranging from $58 to $72.

Tulip Time runs from May 6 through the 14.

3, The Western Michigan Broncos are now the 20th best team in division one college football, and many would attribute the program's turnaround to head coach P.J. Fleck.

He made several appearances on ESPN Network on Tuesday answering some questions about the Bronco's success.

If the Broncos win Saturday, they'll be 9-0, which will be a first in school history.

4. The Chicago Cubs are down one game after Tuesday night's loss in the first game of the World Series. But many fans are still predicting a title for lovable losers. One fan in particular could lay claim to calling it before anyone else.

It seems a high schooler in California  may have predicted the Chicago Cubs' success this year way back in 1993. Mike Lee is his name and his former classmate Marcos Meza posted a video to Facebook as proof of the 1993 prediction in the Mission Viejo High School yearbook.

In the video, Meza displays the cover and spine of the yearbook, then flips to a page with classmate Lee's picture.

Under Lee's picture is the quote, "Chicago Cubs 2016 World Champions. You heard it here first."

Lee and his brother David currently live in Chicago.

5. The creators of Pokémon Go, the viral hit of the summer, are getting into the candy-giving spirit this Halloween with its first ever "in-game" event.

It starts today and runs until November 1.

Spookier Pokémon characters will now appear in abundance and there will be more treats everywhere...players will get double the candy for catching new Pokémon and quadruple the candy for walking with their buddy Pokémon.

Events like this could be a good way to lure new and old players  to the global phenomenon.
