Cher to campaign for Hillary Clinton in Kalamazoo

KALAMAZOO, Mich. — Do you believe in life after love? Maybe not. But it appears Cher believes in Hillary Clinton.

The pop singer is scheduled to make several campaign appearances in Michigan on Monday on Clinton’s behalf to endorse the Democratic nominee and rally voters ahead of the Nov. 8 election.

Cher is scheduled to appear at the Bernhard Center on the Western Michigan University campus in Kalamazoo at 12:30 p.m.  Oct. 31. The singer has scheduled stops afterward on the campus of Michigan State University in East Lansing and at a Democratic campaign office in Flint.

On the other side of the aisle, Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump is slated to hold a noon campaign rally at the DeltaPlex in Grand Rapids on Monday.

All events are free, but attendees are required to RSVP with the respective campaigns.

On Saturday, Ben Carson met with Trump supporters at a campaign office in Grand Rapids. Chelsea Clinton rallied supporters in Muskegon Heights and Battle Creek.
