Report: Detroit infant found safe after AMBER Alert

DETROIT, Mich. — An 11-month-old baby has been found safe after an AMBER Alert was issued Tuesday night.

FOX 2 in Detroit reports that Savanna Rayford was found and her mother, 33-year-old Marquita Dupree, was arrested.   Savanna is being taken to the hospital.

Dupree allegedly abducted Rayford from her foster mother Tuesday, Detroit Police tell FOX 2.
