HUBBARDSTON, Mich. – The Ionia County Sheriff is warning kids and other residents to be careful with what you may find in the outdoors.

Deputies were called to a home in Hubbardston Tuesday evening after two kids brought some materials they found back to their home.  It turned out that the materials were from a meth lab.  The kids were not injured.

The sheriff is reminding everyone that the chemicals involved in making meth are dangerous.  If you find suspected meth lab components, you should call the police. Do not handle or more importantly, sniff the containers.  The department furnished these pictures of previously found meth labs for public information.
