LANSING, Mich. – Someone may be very thankful tomorrow if they play the lottery tonight.

The Powerball Jackpot has risen to $359 million for tonight’s multi-state lottery game.  The cash option for tonight’s drawing is $219 million.

Also, the Michigan Lottery Lotto 47 jackpot has risen to $10.4 million.  If one person wins the jackpot, it will be the largest Lotto 47 jackpot of 2016.

Lotto 47 plays are $1.  Powerball plays are $2.

If a Michigan player wins the Powerball, it would be the largest Powerball win in Michigan.  A Three Rivers woman won $310.5 million in September of 2015.
