Man held at gunpoint in his own house during home invasion

SODUS TOWNSHIP, Mich. — A man was held at gunpoint in his own home after two armed men forced their way inside early Saturday morning.

The suspects entered the victim’s home on Alma Drive after they knocked insistently and the homeowner opened the door. They then forced the homeowner to give them money and threatened him if he failed to do so.

After the homeowner gave them an undetermined amount of money the two suspects left in a  light-colored minivan.

This incident is still under investigation.
