4 suspects arrested for burglarizing Battle Creek business

BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — Police in Battle Creek say they have arrested three men and one woman with outstanding warrants after stealing property from a business early Saturday.

It happened around 2:49 a.m. in the  200 block of SW Capital.

Police say a witness saw the suspects taking items from the business and then taking off in an SUV.

That witness followed the vehicle and provided dispatchers with its direction of travel.

Officers stopped the vehicle in the area of Greenwood Avenue and Kendall Street and located stolen property inside.

All four were taken to Calhoun County Jail for breaking and entering as well as outstanding warrants.
