(AP) — A federal judge in Hawaii has put President Donald Trump’s revised travel ban on hold.

U.S. District Judge Derrick Watson issued his ruling Wednesday after hearing arguments on Hawaii’s request for a temporary restraining order involving the ban.

His ruling prevents the executive order from going into effect Thursday.

Trump is blasting the court for halting what he’s calling a “watered-down version” of his travel ban.

He told supporters Wednesday at a campaign-style rally in Nashville, Tennessee, that the ruling is “unprecedented judicial overreach” and “makes us look weak.”

He says he’s going to fight the decision and take it all the way to the Supreme Court, if necessary. And he says, “We’re going to win.”

More than half a dozen states are trying to stop the ban, and federal courts in Maryland, Washington state and Hawaii heard arguments Wednesday about whether it should be put into practice.

Hawaii argued that the ban discriminates on the basis of nationality and would prevent Hawaii residents from receiving visits from relatives in the six mostly Muslim countries covered by the ban.

The state also says the ban would harm its tourism industry and the ability to recruit foreign students and workers.

Just who exactly runs this country?
    The President elect?
Or any liberal judge that can swing a gavel?
i sure don’t recall some judge in Hawaii being elected commander in chief.
And its been awhile since i had government class in high school, “back when they actually taught such things”.
but i am also pretty sure this is not how our federal government and state legal systems are supposed to work.

Another Obama-appointed judge in a blue state “impartially” ruling against Trump. These judges are devoid of ethics, and will use their position to destroy Trump whenever possible. The words “contempt of court” should be changed to “contempt for court” when dealing with liberal judges.

What happens if Trump ignores the temporary restraining order ? The Hawaiian judge going to sent 50 to arrest Trump?
