CIM incorporates fresh fruits into desserts

Say goodbye to putting canned fruits into desserts. Summer is here, which means that fruit stands will be overflowing with lots of fresh produce.

The Culinary Institute of Michigan takes full advantage of local farmers markets and fresh produce. Whenever fresh fruit is available, they incorporate it in all of their dishes, including their desserts and pastries.

Leigh Ann visited the CIM and learned how easy it is to make a couple of desserts with fresh rhubarb, and a few other ingredients.
