GRAND RAPIDS, Mich -- Godwin Heights won the inaugural event 61-59 over Grand Rapids Union on a put back in the closing the seconds by Delaney Blaylock who plays at Lewis University and helped the Wolverines to the 2015 class B state title.
Union knocked off Grand Rapids Christian in the semifinals while Godwin Heights beat Ottawa Hills to get to the finals.
