Morning Mix Meals: Grilled Sweet Potato Wedges

  • Sweet potatoes
  • Favorite rub
  • Olive oil


  1. Wash and dry the sweet potatoes, then cut them into wedges. Cut them as thick as steak fries.
  2. Toss the potato wedges in olive oil, and sprinkle your rub of choice on top.
  3. Preheat the grill to 425 degrees. Once it's hot, place the wedges on the grill.
  4. Grill the potatoes for 8 minutes, then flip them over and cook for another 8 minutes. Or cook them  until they have grill marks and are tender.
