BYRON TOWNSHIP, Mich. -- Authorities say a 76-year-old Ada woman was killed and three other people were injured Wednesday in a crash in Byron Township.
The three-vehicle crash happened at about 1:30 p.m. at 76th Street and Byron Center Avenue. The Kent County Sheriff's Office says a southbound Cadillac SUV driven by an 83-year-old Ada man struck another southbound SUV and then a hit northbound Jeep.
Ruth Prusinski, a passenger in the Cadillac, was pronounced dead after being taken to a hospital, officials said in a release. All three drivers involved in the crash were hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries.
The crash remains under investigation.
