Grocery store, party store robbed in Grand Rapids, Wyoming

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Police are confirming a couple of armed robberies Wednesday night in Grand Rapids and Wyoming.

Kent County dispatchers say the J&R Super Market, 3900 S. Division Avenue, was held up in Wyoming.

And Grand Rapids Police said another hold-up happened earlier in the evening at the Butterworth Party Store, 944 Butterworth Street SW.  Police are saying no injuries were initially reported.
