COVERT TOWNSHIP, Mich. -- A West Michigan family's home was destroyed by fire just days before the holidays.
This happened just east of M-140 Friday night around 11 p.m. and it took nearby fire departments to help put the fire out.
You can see from pictures the family had all of their Christmas decorations up at the time of the fire.
The good news here is that everyone made it out of the house safely.
Still no word on what caused that fire to break out.
