GARFIELD TOWNSHIP, Mich. - A child is hospitalized after being hit by a tractor Monday morning in Newaygo County.
The incident happened just before 9:00 a.m. in the 7500 block of Baldwin Avenue in Garfield Township.
Newaygo County Dispatch says the child is one year old. Aeromed flew the child to a hospital in Grand Rapids.
Neighbors tell FOX 17 that the child was not run over by the tractor, but was hit by one of the tires.
