Blaze sweeps thru unoccupied home in South Haven

SOUTH HAVEN, Mich. — A home at 652 Phillips Street in South Haven was damaged from an early morning fire on Wednesday.

The fire broke out around 4:45 a.m. at what officials report as an unoccupied home.

It is unclear what caused the fire but firefighters were able to extinguish the blaze quickly.
