OTTAWA COUNTY, Mich. -- A black bear sighting caught the curiosity of Coopersville area residents on Sunday.
The bear was seen in the downtown area, which prompted a few calls to central dispatch.
Officials with the DNR says the bear was spotted wandering about 8 miles north of Coopersville by Sunday evening.
