MUSKEGON COUNTY, Mich. -- The suspect who allegedly hit and killed Taylor Davis, 6, from the Muskegon area will be in court Tuesday.
Dakota Welch, 19, facing two felony counts for Davis' death.
Welch has already been arraigned for Operating an Automobile While Driver's License Suspended or Revoked Causing Death and Failing to Stop at the scene of an Accident Resulting in Death.
