MICHIGAN — Fireworks are a staple for the Fourth of July but some people and pets are sensitive to the loud booms they produce.
To create a more relaxing and safe environment for those needing peace and quiet, some Michigan beaches will only allow fountain fireworks, sparklers and ground spinners.
