BYRON TOWNSHIP, Mich. -- A 17-year-old girl suffered serious injuries in a crash Friday morning in Byron Township.
The crash happened about 10:00 a.m. at the intersection of 92nd Street and Burlingame Avenue SW.
The Kent County Sheriff says the teen was driving a 2005 Subaru Outback east on 92nd Street when she collided with a dump truck that was heading south on Burlingame. The teen was pinned in the vehicle.
Crews called Aero Med but they could not land due to foggy conditions. She was taken to DeVos Childrens Hospital with serious injuries.
