GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.— Athletes from all over Michigan and the country gathered in Plainfield Township on Sunday for a huge sporting event that lasted much of the day.
These included Full, Half and Olympic Triathlons, plus many others.
Competitors ran, swam and biked through Versluis Park. Some participants even completed a 112 mile bike ride.
Pre-registration was required for the event, but people were still encouraged to head down to the sidelines to cheer the participants on.
