ADA, Mich. -- A historical landmark on River Street in Ada got a facelift and is the new home to the Ada Village General Store.
The building was formally an elementary school, an ice cream shop and a flower shop before it was renovated into this new general store.
The new store officially opened Wednesday and the renovations also included a new park located alone the bank of the Thornapple River.
