HOLLAND, Mich. — US-31 was closed between Lincoln Avenue and 32nd Street in Holland due to water over the road during the morning commute.
First word on the closure was sent out by Ottawa County authorities around 5:20 a.m.
The highway was reopened around 9:30 a.m.
