GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. -- On Sunday, St. Mark's Episcopal Church fed their first group of people at their weekly breakfast cafe. It may have started as a small outreach program in 2006, but soon grew into a community wide effort as more than 200 people rely on it every Sunday.
