ANTWERP TOWNSHIP, Mich. -- Multiple fire crews worked for a few hours Thursday afternoon to put out a fire at Boven's Tire on Red Arrow Highway.

"When I first showed up I looked behind the building and it was just engulfed in flames," said witness Evan Doxeuy. "That building was already a total loss when I came here."

Doxeuy said fire crews arrived within 15 minutes after the fire broke out. Several departments from the area responded to the call including Gobles, Paw Paw and Mattawan. Van Buren County dispatchers confirmed that there were no one injuries reported.

"[The fire] was all in the back and just came forwards and it was a quick fire too," Doxeuy said.  "It was fast. I was feeling the heat all the way back here in the fields."
