Prosecutors: Trump lawyer should serve ‘substantial prison term’

WASHINGTON (AP) — President Donald Trump’s former lawyer, Michael Cohen, deserves substantial prison time despite his cooperation, prosecutors said Friday.

The recommendation was in a filing ahead of Cohen’s sentencing in New York next week.

Cohen pleaded guilty to federal charges and cooperated in multiple state and federal probes over several months, including having seven meetings with special counsel Robert Mueller’s team.

Prosecutors said the court’s Probation Department estimated that federal sentencing guidelines call for Cohen to serve at least four years in prison. Prosecutors said the range “reflects Cohen’s extensive, deliberate and serious criminal conduct.”

Prosecutors said Cohen should not receive the credit a traditional cooperating witness would receive “given, among other reasons, Cohen’s affirmative decision not to become one.”

So he cooperated with god only knows what, in regards to god only knows who. Although it was initially reported that he provided substantial information, Prosecutors said Cohen should not receive the credit a traditional cooperating witness would receive “given, among other reasons, Cohen’s affirmative decision not to become one.” Well you certainly won’t get any goods from me if I still get the full sentencing. Somebody is full of it.

Mueller’s team is trying to find something on President Trump but Cohen and other people are not telling Mueller’s team what they want to hear. Liars telling lies about liars telling lies.

So, Cohen rolls over on Trump in a plea deal and after he gives them the information they still want him to go to prison for the maximum plus. So, who’s the unethical liar in this case?
