ALBION, Mich. — Albion has named an interim city manager after accepting the resignation of LaTonya Rufus on Monday.
Scott Kipp, the city’s head of public safety, was named to the interim position. He had been acting city manager since Rufus was placed on leave.
Kipp has previously served as interim city manager on two other occasions.
