HOLLAND, Mich. – One person is in critical condition after being stabbed in the neck Thursday night.

Holland officers say they were called about 10:30 p.m. to the Bay Point apartment complex on reports of a stabbing. There, they found a 30-year-old man lying in the grass outside one of the buildings with a stab wound in the neck. He was able to speak with officers before being taken to the hospital.

Investigators say that the man and a few others were in his apartment when a dispute led to a fight. The suspect in the stabbing fled the scene and is not known.
