Montague looks to build off trip to Ford Field

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich -- Today's high school football mystery school is Montague which was 11-3 and made it to Ford Field and the division 6 state final in 2018.

The Wildcats scored 559 points in 2018 including 58 or more 4 times.

Montague has been to the playoffs in 17 of the last 18 seasons with 4 trips to Ford Field.

The Wildcats lost several key players to graduation like Bryce Stark, Sebastian Archer and Luke Marsh.

Key returners this fall include quarterback Drew Collins a junior as well as WR/S Brennen Schwartz and G/LB Mark Vanderleest.

Montague will play the same 9 teams in the regular season as it did in 2018.
